Within Munich Re, Christof Reinert is responsible for the further development of Innovation in Latin America, Spain, Portugal & the Caribbean. Coming from the construction industry, he has 20 years’ experience in the (Re)Insurance Industry, developing together with clients traditional and non-traditional business solutions. Prior to his current position as Senior Innovation Manager, he served as Head of Property Treaty Section for LATAM and the Caribbean. He holds an Degree in Civil Engineering from the FH Saarbrucken and the University of Nancy and currently resides in Munich.
He is a Director for Business Development at R3. His responsibilities include the expansion of R3’s consortium in additional Latin America. Carlos previously worked in Goldman Sachs (13 years) and Deutsche Bank (2 years) covering Latin America for FX and IR derivatives and international debt issuances. His clients included governments, state-owned entities and large corporates from Mexico to Chile. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin. Carlos represented Mexico, in swimming in the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.

He is Vice President and Head of Digital for Latin America at CHUBB, the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty group. Gabriel is leading the digital growth & transformation and heading the digital strategy & execution across the region. He is based in Miami.
Gabriel is also Co-Founder of the "StartupHub.NYC" with the objective to support international tech startups that want to accelerate their landing, scaling and fundraising in the US.
He has been CIO at Galicia Seguros for 18 years. He has 28 years of IT experience in insurance companies. He defines IT strategy through efficient management and strong leadership of his teams. He has successfully managed technology through the exponential growth of the firm and through different mergers—developing a Call and Contact Center of excellence and a marketing platform for agile and efficient channels. While maintaining a strong vision of the company's overall goals, he has implemented highly integrated and innovative solutions. He holds a degree in Systems, and has several postgraduate degrees in Systems, Business and Technology Management, and Leadership.
He is the Growth and Innovation Director at GNP Seguros. He has extensive experience managing business strategies for multi-national companies in Mexico and Latin American markets, and transforming business regions with negative EBITDA/operating income into top producers.

Jorge Enrique Vasquez Gomez
He is CEO at Wesura. Vasquez Gomez is an Engineer and has an MSc in Actuarial Science, Master in Finance from BU and an Executive MBA from the Universidad Los Andes. He has more than 22 years of experience in Life, Pension and Casualty insurance companies, with a focus in Actuary, Life Insurance, Annuities and Pensions, Car Insurance, health Insurance and also Innovation. Wesura is a startup insurance carrier with a collaborative business model in a similar spirit to those of Uber and Airbnb. Wesura has won Celent Model Insurer (Innovation and Emerging Technologies), for its disruptive influence in the Colombian insurance industry.
